Triple P is a parenting program that helps make raising kids a little easier. It provides parents with simple tips to help manage the big and small problems of family life.Triple P can help you deal with issues such as tantrums, disobedience, aggression, bedtime battles, and grocery shopping struggles. Plus, Triple P is one of the few parenting programs in the world with evidence to show that it works for most families!
Kyle Dunn and Sasha O'Hanley from the Student Well-Being Team are offering Triple P (Positive Parenting Program) for parents/caregivers in February. The discussion group will be limits to 15 parents/caregivers, and the program is free. You can register for one or for all of the sessions.

Tuesday, February 26--6-8pm: Developing Good Bedtime Routines
Tuesday, March 5--6-8pm: Managing Fighting and Aggression
Tuesday, March 12--6-8pm: Hassle-Free Shopping
Parents are asked to email Sasha at samohanley@edu.pe.ca or call 902-675-7480 Extension 230 (Bluefield High School) to register. The sessions will run the four weeks and will be from 6-8 pm at Westwood Primary School in the Multi-Purpose area. There are no child care services provided for this program.
